  • Spencer Bradley

    CO-FOUNDER

    Spencer graduated from Yale University in 2012 and Harvard Business School in 2018. Between the two he worked at McChrystal Group, a consulting firm founded by General Stanley McChrystal.

  • Adam Bradley

    CO-FOUNDER

    Adam graduated from Princeton University in 2018. Adam majored in the Princeton School of Public & International Affairs and completed his independent work on healthcare topics. His senior thesis explored the potential of employer-sponsored medical tourism.

  • Philip Aiken

    PRESIDENT

    Philip began his career at Berkeley Research Group, a healthcare consulting firm. After two years in BRG’s Healthcare Analytics Practice, Philip joined CancerNavigator in 2019.

  • Lexi Slotkoff

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Lexi graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, with a degree in economics. Before joining CancerNavigator in 2020, Lexi spent three years on the healthcare analytics team at Berkeley Research Group, where she used her data expertise to support pharmaceutical clients on policy and advisory engagements.

  • Eric Weiner

    CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER

    Eric joined CancerNavigator in 2024 to lead growth. Prior to this, he led teams focused on Taft-Hartley, Public Sector, and Higher Education segments at Included Health, where he spent nearly a decade. Eric attended UNC Chapel Hill and London Business School, and comes from a multi-generational IBEW family.  

  • Kaley O'Connor

    MANAGER, OPERATIONS

    Kaley graduated from Brown University in 2019 with a degree in Public Health. Prior to joining CancerNavigator, Kaley spent three years at Northwell Health in roles focused on hospital operations and surgical strategy.

  • Jennifer Smith, RN

    NURSE NAVIGATOR

    Jennifer graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a BSN in Nursing, and a minor in Psychology. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in Oncology, working in various roles throughout her nursing career. She has been a Nurse Navigator for the last 7 years, specializing in Oncology patients.

    Andrea Strayhorn, RN

    MANAGER, NURSE NAVIGATOR

    Andrea graduated from The College of New Jersey with a BSN in Nursing. She is an Oncology Certified Nurse and has over 15 years of oncology experience in a variety of roles. Andrea has been an Oncology Nurse Navigator for the past 7 years, with a focus on newly diagnosed patients.

  • Grace Haffner

    MANAGER, GROWTH

    Grace graduated from William & Mary in 2021 with a degree in Neuroscience and Management. She received departmental honors for a senior thesis on emotional and attentional processing in Autism Spectrum Disorder. Before joining CancerNavigator, Grace worked at Accenture Federal Services supporting an EHR implementation utilizing change management strategies.

  • Maddie Mixon

    ASSOCIATE, RESEARCH

    Maddie graduated from the University of Virginia in 2023 with a degree in Public Health and Statistics. While in school, she was a Research Intern at Advisory Board and led a psychology study on social networks and health.

  • Sarah Nam

    SENIOR ASSOCIATE, DATA ANALYTICS

    Sarah graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2020 with degrees in immunology and data science. Prior to joining the team at CancerNavigator in 2023, Sarah worked as a data scientist at a sales software startup in the Silicon Valley.

  • Erica Korieocha

    MANAGER, PEOPLE OPERATIONS

    Erica graduated from New York University in 2016, with degree in economics. Prior to joining CancerNavigator, Erica spent four and half years in industries ranging from Web3 to advertising, building people functions and creating impactful, sustainable, and organized processes and programs.

  • Ellison White

    ASSOCIATE, GROWTH

    Ellison graduated with Honors from Texas Christian University in 2023 with a degree in Allied Health Sciences. Throughout her TCU tenure, she dedicated herself to the intricate nuances of healthcare, emphasizing nursing education and the study of various healthcare domains. Before joining CancerNavigator, Ellison worked as a Sales Representative for Anatomage, driving the sales of cadaver anatomy technology.

  • Meg Colescott

    NURSE NAVIGATOR

    Meg graduated from Western Carolina University with a BSN in Nursing. She is a Certified Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Nurse and has about 10 years of oncology experience wearing various hats, most recently serving as a Solid Tumor Nurse Navigator. Meg founded Haki Health, a non-profit dedicated to improving early detection of cancer in Western Kenya and improving access to healthcare.

  • Adam Vossenberg

    ASSOCIATE, DATA ANALYTICS

    Adam graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2023 with a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. Prior to Texas, Adam graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering. While in school, he was a research assistant and data analyst for a variety of healthcare and tissue engineering projects.

  • Kelsey Bawden

    ASSOCIATE, RESEARCH

    Kelsey graduated from Keck Graduate Institute in 2024 with a Master's degree in Genetic Counseling. During graduate and undergraduate studies, she spent time in various roles related to cancer research, patient care, and patient education.

  • Megan Forrest

    ASSOCIATE, RESEARCH

    Megan graduated from Brown University with a BSc in Neuroscience and an MSc in Biotechnology, where she was also a member of the Varsity Women's Ice Hockey team. After completing her masters, she relocated to Mannheim, Germany where she played a season of professional hockey while working on the Intraoperative Neuromonitoring team at the university hospital. She has extensive experience carrying out cancer research through full time roles and summer internships.

  • Jason Bartley

    MANAGER, DATA ANALYTICS

    Jason graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2010 with a degree in Computer Science. After graduating, he spent 4 years working at Bank of America on the risk reporting team before transitioning into the healthcare industry. Jason spent the next 6 years at High Line Health, working to develop and expand the database and reporting infrastructure. Most recently he worked for 4 years at One Call Care Management managing a team of analysts.

  • Rachel Mulvaney

    SENIOR ASSOCIATE, RESEARCH

    Rachel holds a Master of Public Health in Cancer Epidemiology from Brown University. Before joining CancerNavigator, Rachel worked as an epidemiologist and pharmaceutical consultant. She also spent over three years managing patient care at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

    Beyond her professional roles, Rachel is the Vice President of the Curvy Girls Scoliosis Foundation, a global nonprofit that provides emotional support and health education to adolescent girls affected by scoliosis.

  • Patti Chen

    ASSOCIATE, GROWTH

    Patti graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelors of Science in Business and Enterprise Management. Within the Wake Forest community, she dedicated herself to setting up a partnership with Brenners Children's Hospital's Music Therapy Program. Before joining CancerNavigator, Patti served in a number of different roles learning how to bring dynamic and effective ideas to Product Marketing, Brand Management, and Growth.
